Co Matcha Exchange and Return Policy


At Co Matcha, we care about customer satisfaction and a satisfying shopping experience. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, we offer a return and exchange policy that guarantees the rights of both the customer and Co Matcha :


1. Return Terms:

  • You can request a return of products within 48 hours from the date of receiving the order.
  • Products must be in their original condition, unopened, and unused or consumed.
  • Products must be in their original packaging, with all accessories attached .
  • Returns are not accepted on products that have been used or opened, such as food products ( matcha or syrup ) or other foods, to maintain health safety standards.


2. Replacement Terms:

  • If you receive a defective or incorrectly shipped product, you can request a replacement within 48 hours of receipt.
  • The product must be unused or unopened.
  • We will replace the product with a similar product or another product of your choice, subject to product availability.


3. How to apply for a return or exchange:

  • Contact us at: 966560549168, to submit a return or exchange request.
  • Please explain the reason for return or exchange, and mention the order number.
  • If there is any damage to the product, please prove it by clearly photographing the product.
  • Once your request is approved, we will send you return instructions and prepare the shipment to return the product.


4. Shipping costs:

  • In the event of a return or exchange due to a product defect or shipping error on our part, we will cover the shipping costs.
  • In case of return for other reasons, the customer will bear the shipping cost when returning the products.


5. Refunds:

  • If the product return is accepted, the amount will be returned to the same payment method you used when purchasing. The time it takes for the amount to arrive depends on the customer’s bank.
  • Original shipping costs may be deducted from your refund, depending on our shipping policy.


6. Exceptions:

  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted for products that have been opened or used (such as matcha powder or syrup).
  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted if you change your mind about the product after opening it.


Co Matcha Store is not responsible for any damages that may occur as a result of incorrect or excessive use of the products.
